Markets, pop-ups, and temporary mall kiosks require quick setup and teardown. The MDY-C integrates a cooking station, transparent glass display, multi-stage purification unit, and brake casters into a single mobile cart—ready to use with 220V power.
Flexible business scenarios are growing: weekend markets, pop-ups in creative parks, temporary stalls in malls, and hot food sections in supermarkets. Traditional restaurant renovations take too long and have high relocation costs, while simple carts can't handle fumes and grease.
Pop-up stall in mall center: property management prohibits structural work. Hot food section wants to add fresh sausage and grilled squid, but no exhaust ducts in ceiling. Location is flexible, no structural changes allowed, quick setup/teardown required, while meeting food safety and environmental regulations.
The MDY-C integrates the cooking station, transparent tempered glass canopy, multi-stage purification unit, permanent magnet variable-frequency fan, and braking casters into a single stainless steel catering cart. The glass canopy contains smoke within a negative pressure zone, allowing customers to directly observe the preparation of skewers, teppanyaki dishes, and fried items.
Three models: 1.3 / 1.6 / 2 meters; airflow 3–4 m³/h. The purification section combines pre-filtration, electrostatic, G4, high-efficiency composite filters, and odor-removal carbon cartridges. Plug into a 220V power source for immediate operation. For high steam output, add a compressor condensation module as an option. For heavy charcoal smoke, add a water spray module as an option.
For brands, this is a lightweight store setup: no need to alter existing decor; simply engage the caster wheels to relocate. Purification and deodorization data are based on rated conditions; actual results depend on inspection reports and on-site conditions.
